It is a very delicious croquette of fried fish.It will take about 6 minutes to fry after ordering at the cash register.The croquette displayed inside the store was also very clean and art was small.

Tasty croquettes but coated in a rice puff batter as opposed to panko. Instagrammers will love the Kanazawa special complete with gold leaf topping. I prefer regular ones though.
